The house
The Sparrow is set up so a big group can be together without getting in each other’s way. Kids head for the arcade loft or the theater room, adults take the hot tub or the fire pit, and a dining table for ten brings everyone back for dinner. Bedrooms spread across three levels, with a full bathroom on every floor.

The Sparrow sits on a private wooded lot outside Sevierville, a short drive from Dollywood, the Pigeon Forge Parkway and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Before you book
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Check-in instructions, including your keyless entry code, are sent shortly before arrival.
Guests and parking
The Sparrow sleeps up to 17 guests. Parking for up to 5 vehicles on site.
Pool, hot tub and fire pit
The heated saltwater pool is typically open early May through late October, weather permitting. The hot tub is open year-round. Please bring your own firewood for the fire pit.
Quiet hours and house rules
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Up to two dogs (50 lbs or under each) are welcome at $125 per dog; please tell us when you book. No smoking or vaping indoors, and no parties or events. Trash goes in the bear-safe bins.
Layout and stairs
The cabin is on three levels with steep interior stairs. If you’re traveling with little ones, consider bringing a baby gate.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund at least 14 days before. The terms for your dates are shown before you pay.
Payment, fees and security
Your total is itemized before you pay: nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes and a 1% booking fee. Stays for more than 14 guests include an extra-guest fee. Before arrival, we may place a refundable security hold on your card or collect a refundable damage deposit; if it applies, the amount and timing are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Exterior security cameras cover the entry and driveway, and a noise monitor (sound levels only) is in the living room area.
