The house
The Timberline is set up for groups who like to gather. Days start around the kitchen and a dining table for eight, the game room keeps the competition going, and evenings move out to the fenced backyard: the fire pit, the hot tub, a round of bocce and a film on the big outdoor screen. When you want a night out, downtown Denver is about 20 minutes away.

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with keyless entry; arrival details are sent before your stay.
Guests and parking
The Timberline sleeps up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 12 adult guests. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking available.
Dogs
Up to two dogs are welcome at $125 per dog. Please tell us when you book. The backyard is fully fenced.
Quiet hours and house rules
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping indoors, and no parties or events.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, and a 50% refund at least 7 days before. The terms for your dates are shown before you pay.
Payment, fees and security
Your total is itemized before you pay: nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes and a 1% booking fee. Before arrival, we may place a refundable security hold on your card or collect a refundable damage deposit; if it applies, the amount and timing are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. One exterior security camera is located at the entry and faces outside.

Is there air conditioning?
Yes, central air conditioning and heating.
What’s in the kitchen?
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, cookware, spices and a blender, plus a propane grill outside. There’s a washer and dryer too, with detergent included.
