The house
Days start in the kitchen, with double fridges, a coffee station and a long dining table. The indoor pool and game lounge keep the group together, and evenings move out to the covered deck and the hot tub. Silver Dollar City and Downtown Branson are about 15 minutes away.

Room for up to 24 guests across three levels. Ten bathrooms: eight en-suite baths for the eight king bedrooms, plus two hallway bathrooms, one for the ninth king bedroom and one for the bunk room area.

Location
Kingfisher Lodge is in the Branson Cove community in Hollister, Missouri, one block from Table Rock State Park and Marina. Guests also have access to Branson Cove’s outdoor pool, indoor pool, courts and kids’ play area; the community sets hours and season, and guests follow posted community rules.

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with keyless entry; arrival details are sent before your stay.
Guests and parking
Kingfisher Lodge sleeps up to 24 guests. Groups of more than 16 guests: please contact us to book. Parking is in the community’s shared spaces, with plenty available. No kid gear is provided; bring your own Pack ’n Play or high chair.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Kingfisher Lodge.
Quiet hours and house rules
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping inside, and no parties or events.
Pool and hot tub
Kingfisher Lodge’s private indoor pool is heated and for your group only. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass is not allowed in the pool room. Branson Cove’s community pools and other amenities are also available to guests; hours and season are set by the community, and guests follow posted community rules.
Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund at least 14 days before. The terms for your dates are shown before you pay.
Payment, fees and security
Your total is itemized before you pay: nightly rate, cleaning fee, taxes and a 1% booking fee (shown at checkout as “Guest channel fee”). A refundable security hold or deposit may apply; any amount is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. One exterior security camera is located at the entry door and faces away from the house. There are no other cameras and no noise monitor.

Is Kingfisher Lodge good for kids?
Yes. Families are welcome. The bunk room has six twin beds. No kid gear is provided; bring your own Pack ’n Play or high chair. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool and hot tub, as there is no lifeguard. Bring any baby-proofing you need.
Can we work remotely from the house?
Yes. There’s Wi-Fi and a workspace, plus smart TVs for streaming.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the lodge has air conditioning and heating.
What’s in the kitchen?
A full kitchen with double fridges, a dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig and drip coffee station, plus kitchen utensils and cooking basics. There’s also a lower-level kitchenette.
