Booking & Payment

How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired property and dates. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Yes, the full reservatiob balance is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A $500 security deposit is also required at the time of booking. This deposit is reserved 1–2 days before your arrival and is released after your departure, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. No action is needed from you for this process.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Please note there is a nonrefundable 3% processing fee for all cancellations made after booking.

The total cost includes nightly rates, taxes, a cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit. Optional travel insurance is also available.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available depending on availability. Advance notice is required to coordinate with our cleaning crew. The fees are as follows:

Early Check-In:

  • $50 for 3:00 PM check-in
  • $100 for 2:00 PM check-in
  • $150 for 1:00 PM check-in

Late Check-Out:

  • $50 for 11:00 AM check-out
  • $100 for 12:00 PM check-out
  • $150 for 1:00 PM check-out

Property Details

What amenities are provided?

Our properties are fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, gourmet kitchens, luxury linens, and outdoor entertainment areas.

Yes, free on-site parking is available at all properties. The number of parking spots varies by location.

To maintain allergen-free environments, we do not allow pets in our properties.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in outdoor areas.

Two days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with a unique code for keyless entry to the property.

Yes! Each property includes a pack-n-play, high chair, and kid-friendly plates and bowls. Some homes also feature toddler books and games to keep the little ones entertained.

Yes, all properties are equipped with exterior cameras for liability purposes. These cameras monitor public areas and are used in cases such as break-ins, injuries, violations of pet or occupancy policies, etc. The footage is not shared and does not infringe upon guests’ privacy inside the home.

During Your Stay

Who do I contact in case of an emergency or maintenance issue?

Our team is available to coordinate any maintenance request. Each property also has a local contact you can reach out to in case of emergencies. Contact details will be provided in your welcome packet.

If it’s a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

A one-time cleaning fee covers the cleaning after your departure. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Please follow the check-out instructions provided in the welcome packet, which include tidying up, disposing of trash, and securing the property.

Policies

Do you offer travel insurance?

We do not provide travel insurance at this time.

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.

Our properties are intended for quiet enjoyment. Events or parties are not permitted at our properties.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure availability, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance.

Yes, we offer discounts for stays longer than a week. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement, which varies by property and season.

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes.
